February 8th 2016: Please note that the meeting hotel is fully booked now. We kindly ask new registrants for booking accommodation nearby on their own through their preferred travel agency or online platform.

All participants must register online through the „register now“ - button provided at this web site. This is a one-step process for registration, abstract submission, reservation of a hotel room at the conference venue (Das Central), if desired, and payment (options are VISA, MasterCard, American Express or wire transfer). If you wish you need not submit the abstract or make the hotel reservation when initially registering since you may access the registration page later for changing data, uploading your abstract or add a hotel reservation. Credit card payments are processed immediately through a secure gateway and ensure that your registration is valid immediately. If you select wire transfer for paying your registration fee, your registration, abstract and/or hotel reservation will not be processed before the transfer of the correct amount has been credited to our account. Online registration will be closed on March 21st 2016. Thereafter only onsite registration at an increased fee („Onsite Fee“) is possible.

Group Registrations: For groups of five or more participants from one legal entity (institution, company or agency) following discounts apply: 20 % reduction of the net regular fee for groups of 5-9, 40% for groups of 10-19, 60% for groups of 20+ participants. All participants of a group are charged in one single invoice to one legal entity. No hotel reservations through the conference secretariat are made for group registrations. Terms and conditions for registration:

Payment of registration fee is required for processing of your registration. Registrations indicating payment by wire transfer are only processed when the transfer has been credited to the meeting account. A student ID, certificate or a short cv and letter by the supervisor is required to qualify for the student fee. Proof of eligibility for the student fee must be provided onsite when checking in at the conference.

Payments in EURO. The registration fee includes admission to the sessions, all conference materials, coffee and snacks during breaks, beverages during sessions and a welcome cocktail. No registration fee for accompanying persons. Hotel accommodation and meals at the meeting hotel are NOT included in the registration fee.

Cancellation policy: Refund of full payment minus a handling fee of 50,- by March 1st, 2016. No refund thereafter. Refunds will be handled after the conference within 1 month.

Liability disclaimer: The organizers do not accept liability for medical expenses, travel expenses, or any other personal expenses occurring from unexpected events such as travel delays, accidents, weather conditions, and changes of the published program. Participants are advised to care for their own travel and health insurance.
