Abstracts

All speakers are required to submit an abstract (approx. half-a-page or 250 words). Use the online registration form where you find an option (upload button) for submitting your abstract at the bottom of the page where you enter your personal information. Abstract file format must be MS Word or text, maximum file size 10 MB, no special characters in file name. Special characters in the text allow abstract upload, but may not appear correctly after the download for the electronic program book. All individually registered participants who are not selected as speakers may submit one abstract for poster presentation (no free oral communications) on any topic in neuroscience. Multiple abstracts by the same registered participant are not accepted. Poster board size will be portrait format, 100 cm (width) x 130 cm (height).

The deadline for abstract submission is Feb. 17th 2015

Terms and conditions for abstract acceptance:

Abstracts of individual registrants (not selected as keynote or symposia speakers) will be presented as posters as the only option. There are no free oral presentations. Abstracts are accepted only if received together with registration and full payment until the deadline of Feb. 17th, 2015. Please note that registrants who submit abstracts and who pay through wire transfer must initiate payment early enough to ensure that their transfer is credited to the meeting account at the day of the abstract deadline. Otherwise the abstract may be rejected.
